Terms and Conditions for Eagle Drone Imaging LLC

Welcome to Eagle Drone Imaging LLC.  By using our services, including but not limited to drone photography, videography, inspection, or delivery services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By booking or using our Services, you confirm you meet these criteria.

2. Services

We offer the following Services:

• Aerial photography and videography
• Mapping and surveying
• Real estate drone services
• Inspections (e.g., roofs, infrastructure)

All Services are subject to availability and compliance with local and federal aviation regulations.

3.  Bookings and Payment

• Full payment must be made prior to receipt of final digital product(s).
• We accept check, cash, and credit cards.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4.  Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Ensure the location of the drone operation is legal and accessible.
• Ensure the location of the drone operation is safe and secure, including restriction of access from non-participating people, pets, livestock, and any objects that may impede the safe and efficient operation of drone flights.
• Obtain any necessary permission if operating on private or restricted property.
• Refrain from requesting operations that violate laws or safety guidelines.

We may request that a member of your organization participate in flights as a visual observer.  Participation is voluntary, and the performance of this role shall not transfer any additional liability to the client.  Refer to section (7) of this terms & conditions statement.

5.  Restrictions and Regulations

We strictly comply with local and federal drone regulations, including those established by the FAA (or relevant authority). This may limit:

• Maximum altitude of flight
• Proximity to airports or no-fly zones
• Operations during certain weather conditions
• Flight distance from pilot
• Operations over non-participating people
• Operations in National Parks and Wilderness Areas

We reserve the right to cancel or modify operations if safety or legal compliance is at risk.

6.  Intellectual Property

All footage, photos, maps, and related media produced by us remain the intellectual property of Eagle Drone Imaging LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for personal or commercial purposes, as specified in the agreement.

7.  Liability and Indemnification

We are not liable for:

• Delays or cancellations due to weather or regulatory restrictions.
• Indirect or consequential damages from use of our deliverables.
• Property damage or injury unless due to gross negligence on our part.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of our Services or failure to comply with laws or regulations.

8.  Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, airspace closures, or changes in law.

9.  Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not publish or distribute drone footage of private individuals or property without proper consent.

10.  Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or unsafe operational environments.

11.  Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the US and State laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of your State.

12.  Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be distributed with the revised effective date.
